Cafe and Restaurant Supervisor
Job responsibility:
The successful applicant will be responsible for
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the cafeteria
- Ensure that the cafeteria is sufficiently staffed
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the cafeteria
- Train and evaluate cafeteria employees
- Prepare menus and determine portion sizes
- Order food and other supplies
- Maintain inventory of supplies and food items
- Resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries
Job Requirments
• 1st Degree in Hotel Management and OR Diploma in Food and Beverage Supervision,
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in supervisory position.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, recipe control, customer handling and supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Required number: One
• Terms of employment: Full time.
