Job Description
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Call center operator on behalf of an Insurance Broker company. Under the overall direction of the sales manager, making calls, recording data, and keeping track of results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Forward calls to the right recipient
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Has skill in feeding and keeping data.
