Job Description

Forward Logistics is a technology company established to streamline the logistics process in Ethiopia using Mobile Application and call center. Currently Forward Logistics is seeking for a project coordinator with a proven track record on enabling data driven digital public services supported by Information Technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary/Compensation: Monthly

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To coordinate the different stakeholders of the project particularly call center, mobile application users, technology team, sales team and their alignment to general services

  • Monitoring the daily progress of the project

  • Providing detailed updates to project management members.

  • Ensuring the team members have the supplies and resource they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within the budget limits

  • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts and other financial files with the respective sector to have easy access

  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics

  • Good experience and expertise on defining and controlling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the different project functions to ensure accurate delivery of tasks

  • Excellent on documentations to prepare Standard operating Procedures and manuals and guidelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or in a related field with relevant work experience.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in a related role.

Essential Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work closely with team members and managers

  • Effective problem solving and management skill to handle significant problems

  • Preparation to manage and work through and resolve minor issues without assistance

  • Efficient leadership skill to be able to provide guidance, feedback and encouragement

  • Organization and time management skill to manage the daily activities and needs of the and entire team requirements.

  • Ability to multi task and effective management of working hours

  • Computer and data entry skill to enter budget and other important documents for the company

  • Having positive attitude and outlook towards every worker to easily handle the stress of unexpected challenges and to help the entire team or member stay positive, motivated and productive.

  • Experience in managing call centers and sales team is a plus.
