We are currently looking for a Crane Operator.

Your Purpose:

• Under close supervision of the immediate supervisor, operates truck, observe safety standards, and traffic rules strictly, handles the truck properly according to enterprise rules and procedures.

Your Main Responsibility:

• Controls the lifting, moving and positioning of loads on the crane.

• Operate the crane lift safely and efficiently.

• Drives trucks with crane adhering to traffic rules and ensures safe driving all the time.

• Transports goods and tobacco leaf's from place to place as instructed.

• Ascertain that truck is functioning properly while driving and reports immediately to the supervisor any malfunctioning, Breakdown or accidents. Checks oil, fuel, water levels, tires etc.  and ascertain that everything is in order prior to operating the truck.  In case of accidents take measures according to company policy and procedures.

• Submit daily reports on Kilometers travelled, Fuel consumed, travel destinations as per the instructions given. 

• Keeps custody of local tools and accessories necessary for changing tires or making minor adjustments

• Performs other related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Education:

• 5th grade driving license, especial license and 10 grade complete.

Work Experience:

• 6 years of proven work experience in operating & driving.
