Job Description

Responsibilities

-        Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

-        Coordinate all operations at the time of event planning

-        Lead promotional activities for the event

-        Ensuring that all events are planned and executed within the agreed budget

-        Ensuring strict legal compliance across all event

-        Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

-        Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies

-        Managing the organization’s public relations (PR) team and overseeing all their activities

-        Developing and implementing organizational publicity strategies for company events

-        Organizing promotional events such as press tours and conferences

-        Representing the organization at press conferences, interviews, etc.

-        Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media

-        Organize Media Coverage’s and follow up medias

-        Work with Brand departments to create identity and promote the brands

-        Develop, manage, and execute marketing plans, including advertising, promotion, and public relations.

-        Coordinate the development and production of internal and external publications, promotional materials, and communications, including web-based communications and social media outlets; and edit, proofread, and design materials as needed

Job Requirements

Education:- MA or BA Degree in Marketing Management or related business disciplines

Experience :- 4 years experience  in PR & Event management  out of which the 1 year must be in managerial/senior  position.  

Major skill requirement:

-        Excellent oral and written communication skills

-        proven experience as event &PR manager

-        Skilled in project management

-        Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management

-        Outstanding communication and negotiation ability

-        Good creative writing skills

-        Strong project management skills

-        Excellent attention to detail

-        Excellent time management skill & Problem solving
