Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Draft and type office memos and letters
Arrange and confirm appointments
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
Plan all the office management and secretarial duties, based on the importance and its urgency
Handling guests visiting the office
Handle all the incoming and outgoing telephone calls, letters, faxes and e-mails professionally.
Maintain adequate filing system for easy access of documents.
Maintain confidentiality of special information and documents
Perform other duties as required
Career Level : Mid level/ 6+ years’ experience for Executive Secretary and 3 years’ experience for secretary
Required Number: Two
For all positions : nature of Employment is Permanent
Qualification
First Degree in Secretarial Science, Management or related field from recognized college /university/
