Job Description

The Complaints Officer is responsible for ensuring that stresses are minimised and that both parties find the process transparent, informative and thorough whilst complying fully with policy, and thus with legislation.

Job Requirement

  • Educational Qualification:LLB/BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Management/Law or related field of study

  • Experience:A minimum of 3 years’ of relevant experience in claim underwriting, customer compliant handling, and customer service area.
