Real Estate Senior Sales administer the sales or letting process of residential, commercial properties or land on behalf of their clients. They investigate the property's condition and assess its value in order to offer the best price to their clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, effectively promoting the company's properties and services

• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and detailed information to clients

• Actively engage in sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events, to generate leads and expand the client base

• Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and timely manner 

• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to effectively position the company's offerings

• -Collaborate with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 5 year of experience as a real estate salesperson

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

- Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
