Job Description

·          Informs clients on the services available at the clinic.

·         Gives appointments and dates of specific services 

·         Registers clients and collects necessary fee for services.

·         Keeps clients’ records and registry cards in orderly and retrievable order.

·          Make all cash/check collections against issuance of the official cash receipt voucher, and deposit same at the pertinent bank accounts

Job Requirements

Diploma (level IV) in Information Technology (IT) or, ICT

3 years of direct relevant experience 

The ideal candidate will be professional, well presented, and enthusiastic, Organized and able to multi-task candidate with good phone communication, and computer skills, Good interpersonal Skill, Knowledge of Family Planning and Reproductive Health is Advantage, Skills, Attitude and Attributes. Good Language proficiency of Local Language and spoken English, Pro-choice
