Under immediate supervisor, manages drugs and supplies store of FGAE Saris SRH Clinic; safely keeps the drugs/contraceptives, and consumable medical and non-medical supplies; receives and disposes with proper documentation; prepares monthly report of drug consumption and purchase requirements; Maintain minimum stock level and inform and request for replenishment.

 Dispense medicines and contraceptives according to the existing rules and regulations of FGAE as ordered by appropriate health providers. Maintain dispensary item lists, stock lists accurately and with due care;

 RESPONSIBILITY & TASKS:

1.      Organize the drug store in efficient manner to make identify of products in FIFO/FEFO manner

2.      Responsible for the proper storage of drugs/contraceptives  and all medical and non-medical supplies and equipment;

3.      Assist the pharmacy unit in proper purchasing procedures during preparation of purchase requisition  of supplies

4.      Ensure ,receive and verify  all purchase  orders and issues of store  requisition of all kinds of drugs/contraceptive, medical and non-medical supplies in adequate   quality and keeps proper records of stock;

5.      Safeguard store operation& content by maintain security procedures & protocols

6.      Prepare monthly report of drug consumption ; purchase requirements and disburses stocks in consultation with the concerned units and approval of the clinic manager

7.      Consolidates drugs, medical and non-medical supplies, and equipment for annual purchase plan;

8.      Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the clinical coordinator.

 Job Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in pharmacy

2 Year for Degree/ 5Years for Diploma   directly relevant experience 

License /certification:  licensed and have valued certificate to practice in the field from recognized regulatory body .

Good Customer handling and awareness of quality care; Awareness of concepts and strategies of supplies;

Awareness of MOH and donors guideline; Strong oral and written communication; Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages; Pro-Choice
