Job Purpose:

• To carry out surveys of property and sites to provide information for building construction, alterations, valuations, land use and map making

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measure and map land using specialized equipment, such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners,

• Prepare reports and documentation of survey results,

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that surveys meet project requirements,

• Resolve survey discrepancies and errors,

• Maintain accurate records of survey data,

• Performs mathematical calculations to determine and confirm surveying measurements.

• Markes and delineates boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land,

• Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs,

• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

• BSc or MSc in Surveying or related field of studies

Experience:

• 2 years for BSc

• 0 years for MSc

Skills:

• Analytical skills

• Communication skills,
