Master's Degree in Sociology, Demography, Statistics, Epidemiology, Monitoring, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Lead the design and implementation of the WI Ethiopia program database, including baseline assessments, data analysis frameworks, and monitoring and evaluation plans. - Adapt and enhance WIMIS and associated reports, incorporating community-based FP/SRHR data collection tools in collaboration with HQ, Project Officers and M & E officers, and MoH/District partners. - Develop and maintain comprehensive data systems and dashboards for tracking, analyzing and reporting on Key Performance Indicators

Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery, Social work, Sociology, Psychology, Public health, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Case workers will provide case management services to survivors, including referrals to existing services at the woreda, will conduct follow up and update status of referral cases - She will support updating service mapping on their coverage area and coordinate with other GBV actors in the woreda - Develop and implement individual case management planning for GBV survivors
