Responsibilities

• Responsible for complex tasks in various financial functions such as

• budgeting, auditing, forecasting and analysis

• Contribute significantly toward the creation of monthly ITS-EPA IV

• Client facing financial budgetary briefing and reporting to provide

• Insight into overall business operations status

• Prepare monthly forecast, risk assessment and variance analysis for

• Senior management stakeholders

• Act as focal point for team leads on client facing Basis of Estimate

• (BOE) derivation and communication relative to Technical Consulting

• Project estimation and budget development

• Develop long-range staffing and financial funding requirement models

• In collaboration with the management team 

• Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as

• Other government regulations

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Monitor and assess financial impact changes of indirect rates on cost reimbursable expense tracking

• Tracks and reports on all program financials using approved TO

• Reporting formats (e.g., financial, accrual, burn rate reports, and other reports as required)

• Assists with data gathering to support preparation of invoices

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in business intelligence analysis

• Provides TZDB billing and JIRA support

• Provide financial leadership to the business, helping drive profitable growth

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: None

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience; Ability to work independently

• on complex Business Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Service

• financial modeling and monthly status reporting

• Proven experience in development of long-range staffing and financial

• funding requirement models in collaboration with the management team

• Possess comprehensive familiarity with Federal Acquisition

• Regulations (FAR) to enable working knowledge of compliance with

• government accounting policies and procedures, as well as other

• government regulations

• Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Knowledge of general financial processes; Some knowledge of customer fulfillment processes; Deep industry experience
