Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: TVET college diploma in construction technology or related field
Experience:
4 years of Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in the construction industry, Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques, particularly in the finishing phase.
Coordinate and oversee all finishing work on construction projects, Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship, Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
