Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: TVET college diploma in construction technology or related field

Experience:

• 4 years of Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role in the construction industry, Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques, particularly in the finishing phase.

• Coordinate and oversee all finishing work on construction projects, Manage subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship, Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
