Job Description

Customer Service Officers deal most frequently with customers of the bank. They promote the banks products and services, and provide information about the customers personal accounts and related transfers, deposits, savings etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Balances, closes and counter signs the cash book with an authorized official.

  • Keeps dual control of vault, petty cash, and ATM machine.

  • Follows-up and reconcile all accounts of suspense nature.

  • Review and check the correctness of these financial documents to ensure that all information is recorded accurately.

  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Qualification

    •   BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

    Experience

    •  3 years of Experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Office
