Ethiopian Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation (ECDSWCo.) is transforming and diversifying from the current consultancy business operations. EEC-Construction business unit key activities are high-end complex construction projects, predominately high-rise commercial and residential buildings, real-estate; infrastructure (roads, railways and airports) & water and energy sector construction. EEC-Construction alone would grow into a conglomerate of several business units including Piling, underground and foundation Works, Fit-Out, Energy (Solar Solutions), Electro- Mechanical Solution, Facility Management, Landscape and Construction Materials Production.

Position Overview/Scope of role;

 .  Ensure that erection is completed timeously and complies with the specifications, terms, and conditions of the contract and project plan

Top Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Plan, coordinate and track labour, material and equipment according to site logistics and other project scope requirements through proper documentation.

·       Exhibit earthwork best practices, promote professionalism, rapport and teamwork among field crew, and assist in the recruitment process to expand our team of qualified professionals. 

·       Manage and perform mass grading and excavation, sub grade preparation, road, and parking lot construction.

·        Examine/inspect field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered. Take corrective actions as needed

·       To identify the tools and resources needed for the work

·       Planning, implementing and monitoring activities

·       Strive to achieve the set goal for each job / in time, cost and quality / and evaluate

·       Evaluating the performance of each machine and employee

·       To do other similar tasks according to the orders given by the head of work

Job Requirements

• Work experience  11 years and above

• Working in similar role in a construction company specializing in Road and Bridge construction projects.

• Should be able to travel anywhere in Ethiopia
