General Mission
A chief of staff is responsible leader for guiding an organization’s day-to-day pace with a blend of sharp leadership and keen problem-solving skills, navigate the company network with unwavering precision with in the entire departments in ATS.
Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the CEO and C-level executives to ensure alignment on company objectives and goals, driving all departments and teams towards the same vision.
Recommendation: identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of energetic and committed managers and experts in various departments, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and productivity.
Performance Management: Presenting the chief executive and other senior leaders with detailed company operations analysis. Monitor and evaluate team performance, setting clear expectations and KPIs to drive results and meet company expectations.
Planning and Reporting: Develop clear monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans for the company, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics and milestones in a timely manner without compromising quality.
Communication: Facilitate seamless communication between different departments, ensuring information flows smoothly and all stakeholders are informed of important updates and decisions.
Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives in software development, ERP solutions, website development, cloud services, e-commerce platforms, and custom solutions, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Problem Solving: Identify challenges and bottlenecks in operations, processes, or projects, and collaborate with teams to find innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, to support business growth and success.
Focal Person: Acting on behalf of the chief executive to answer inquiries, steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the company, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in the tech solutions space.
Leadership Development: Invest in the growth and development of team members, providing opportunities for learning and advancement within the organization.
BA/BSC/MA/MSC degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management, Computer science or engineering or a related field of study
Experience: At least 10/12 -years of proven experience respectively in a leadership role within a technology company, with a strong understanding of software development, ERP systems, website development solutions, cloud services, e-commerce platforms, and custom solutions.

· Strong coordination, communication and planning skill to align interdepartmental link
· Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
· Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term planning and goal setting to achieve company objectives.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
· High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools used in business operations.
