The activities of the Zoma Museum include a gallery, library, children's center, restaurant, coffee shop, gift shop, vegetables, herbs, flowers and trees garden, elementary school, amphitheater, and animal farm.

• Job Title : Human Resource Manager

• Job Location : Addis Ababa

• Reports to : Museum Manager

• Salary : Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Manage the recruitment and selection process

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

• Nurture a positive working environment

• Follow up the recruitment, management of the daily laborers of the company

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Job Requirement

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or other relevant degree from an accredited university and with at least 5/7 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably with a private company.

• A person who have experience in managing skilled and unskilled labor is advantageous

• Ability to develop HR programs and policies based on business new requirements.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills.

• Ability to mentor and supervise staff.

• Ability to operate and manage ERP Systems
