Job Description

·         Oversee the security team to execute open, close, and secure facilities and check for safety and maintenance concerns

·         Ensure to enforce and comply with all established policies and procedures, regarding of facilities

·         Facilitate offices with necessary materials whenever there is an event for efficient, safe, and service-oriented events

·         Collect and Compile company’s logbook, facility matters, injuries, and incidents and report daily

·         Maintain facility and records to ensure compliance with company standards and all federal, state and local laws

·         Work closely with HR to ensure that all the necessary tools of jobs are available for new joiners

·         Manage the office supply store and to ensure timely purchase and Distribution of Office supplies

·         Supervise basic facility maintenance in offices, Warehouses, cafeteria and multipart and if any to ensure work is completed at a standard in terms of quality, the work is completed within the estimated cost, and within the time schedule

·         Supervises Shared services including Cleaning services, Security Services, drinking water availability, office Beautification, Electric Bill management for factory and Warehouse

·         Pathway and Monitor company owned vehicles fuel consumption

·         Plan and Accomplish the generators fuel supply to ensure nonstop electricity supply when light is off, and follow up the fuel consumption of generator

·         Submit reports on time with accurate figures & facts to the HR & Admin Manager

·         Assist in the day-to-day operations of general services to ensure the organization's general service needs are met. These activities may include office supplies, general service assistance, fleet management, cleaning, gardening, maintenance services, etc.

·         Follow-up drivers, kitchen, and security employees on duty are presentable for the work environment

·         Follow up and pay various utilities for the company, including car insurance

·         Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general management, and also Supervises the cleaning of offices and toilets

·         Develop and manage budgets for the General Services section; Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget variances

·         Assist in the day-to-day operations of general services to ensure the organization's general service needs are met. These activities may include office supplies, general service assistance, fleet management, cleaning, gardening, maintenance services, etc.

·         Plans, supervises and coordinates the timely maintenance and repair of buildings, water and heat systems, toilets, sewerage pipes, and  office equipment such as computer, printers, scanner, fax machines, photocopiers, furniture and other facilities

·         Controlling bills of electricity, water, telephone services and internet etc

·         Ensures that adequate number of guards are assigned on a shift basis with adequate facilities and that the guards are effectively providing security services to the company

·         Oversee the security team to execute open, close, and secure facilities and check for safety and maintenance concerns

·         Ensure that company’s goods are insured, the list of property is updated

·         Leads and directs General Service activities

·         Implements company’s General Service policy, regulations and directives

·         Maintains proper and accurate records of the general service files

·         Follow-up the execution of performance evaluation results under the division 2 times each year, semi-annually

·         Performs other duties and related works

 Job Requirements

Requirement

·         Bachelor Degree in Management or related field of study

·         5 years’ experience and  similar experience is advantages  

 Skill

·         Flexibility, confidentiality, multi functionality and tasking and time management

·         Strong communication and relationship skills

·         Excellent English and Amharic language

·         Strong ethics and reliability

·         Ability to make independent decisions and judgments on routine procedural subjects

·         Ability to work in flexible hours

·         Ability to be trustworthy and highly accountable
