appointed business line located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Position Overview
The Senior Legal Officer is under the supervision of Legal Section Head and responsible for the drafting contractual documents, advising new government formulated laws with the company’s business prospects,
safeguarding the company’s interest in the course of its business operation, advising on criminal, civil and labor related cases, review and supervise conduct and planning of litigation, settle pleadings, formulate and
recommend appropriate strategy. Conduct high level forensic and strategic analysis and preparation of evidence with regard to the case plan and confer with expert and other key witnesses.
