This is a full-time role for a Junior Sales Supervisor - FMCG at Lovegrass Ethiopia. The role requires on-site presence in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Role Descriptions:

- The Junior Sales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with supervising a sales team. 

- You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the achievement of sales targets for fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 2 - 3 years of FMCG sales supervisor experience.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.

- Familiarity in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights for improvement.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Willingness to work flexible hours.
