Ethiopian Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation (ECDSWCo.) is transforming and diversifying from the current consultancy business operations. EEC-Construction business unit key activities are high-end complex construction projects, predominately high-rise commercial and residential buildings, real-estate; infrastructure (roads, railways and airports) & water and energy sector construction. EEC-Construction alone would grow into a conglomerate of several business units including Piling, underground and foundation Works, Fit-Out, Energy (Solar Solutions), Electro- Mechanical Solution, Facility Management, Landscape and Construction Materials Production.

Position Overview/Scope of role:
This position is responsible for coordinating the design process throughout the life of the project including project BIM execution plan tracking and reporting, submittal tracking, documentation and formal communication with relevant project stakeholders, all shop drawing and material specifications, and all work order coordination.
Top Roles and Responsibilities:
· Formal project communication with relevant stakeholders
· Acts as a consistent point of contact for each client from start to finish of a project.
· Project design Documentation according to company standard procedure
· Design coordination with the different disciplines according to company standard procedure
· Approval (drawing, materials, etc.)
· Clash detection coordination (reporting, meeting,)
· Timely design, shop drawing production tracking, reporting
. Weekly project specific minute, monitoring, progress chart preparation updating
Job Requirements
. Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering .
. 3 years of related work experience out of which 1 year at international company is an added advantage

· Consistent delivery is key as the design team will depend on the first hand site report to support the execution team.
· Wider knowledge of other disciplines highly desirable
· Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously
. Able to cope with various site and logistic conditions
