Job Requirement
Qualification: Bachelor of Law Degree from recognized University
Work experience and skills
2 years of experience for degree holders or College Diploma + TVET level IV with law, and 4 years of experience
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Develop and implement best practices to minimize the company’s exposure to litigation.
Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to achieve the organization’s operational goals and objectives including identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as developing strategies to overcome challenges and obstacles.
