We are a part of Gift Group (holding company), which was established first as Gift Trading During the mixed economic era (early 1990s or 30 years ago) by its founder and MD, Ato Gebreyesus Igata who has been interested in business since childhood and long term exposure in other countries.

Field Sales Consultants administer the sales or letting process of residential, commercial properties or land on behalf of their clients. They investigate the property's condition and assess its value in order to offer the best price to their clients. They undertake research to determine the legality of a property sale before it is sold and make sure the transaction is not subject to any disputes or restrictions.

Job Requirments

Education:

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.

Working Experience:

• 0 year experience/It is not required. Those with real estate sales experience will be given preference

Desired Skills – Ability to work in a team, strong work culture, good communication skills, adapt quickly to changes, identify customer needs and have excellent time management.

Technical Skill:

• Excellent hard working culture,

• Good Communication skill,

• ability to adapt to Change,

• ability to understand customer needs and

• Excellent in time management.

Required Quantity- 50 (Fifty)

Salary is based on the scale of the organization and attractive commission paid on every sale of flats, shops and other types of houses.
