Master's Degree in Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Statistics, Economics, Agri-economics, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead development and implementation of ADEY’s PMER system based on the program’s quality frameworks. - Ensure quality and timeliness of activity planning, implementation, evaluation, data collection and reporting. - Refine development of M&E tools for data collection and reporting on the program interventions and target indicators. - Provide technical supports and training to program staff and partners on all components of project monitoring, evaluation and learning. - Lead development of M&E database, methods of data analysis and sharing results.

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of project activities across both woredas. - Support and monitor community mobilizers, social workers, and other field staff. - Ensure the timely delivery of training, awareness campaigns, and distribution activities. - Liaise with local government and community stakeholders to ensure buy-in and smooth implementation.
