Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner - Technology with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both HR principles and technical concepts, enabling them to effectively support and collaborate with our engineering and technology teams. As an HRBP with a technical background, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with the unique needs and challenges of our technical workforce, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

· Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.

· Lead initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Employee Relations:

· Provide guidance and resolution on employee relations matters.

· Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Performance Management:

· Implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and development.

· Advise and support managers in conducting performance reviews.

Training and Development:

· Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

· Foster a learning environment to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

· Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

 HR Technology:

· Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

· Stay abreast of emerging HR tech trends and assess their relevance to the organization.

Job Requirements:                   

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar role supporting technical teams.

1.Experience working in technology or software development companies is highly desirable. 

 Competency/Prerequisites:

1.      Strong technical background with experience working in technical roles or closely with technical teams.

2.      Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

3.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

4.      Proven ability to influence and drive change in a technical environment.
