Job Description
We are currently looking for a competent candidate the vacant role, Payroll Supervisor, which found under people and culture Department.
Job Purpose:
The Payroll Supervisor is managing, monthly payroll processing, tax and pension compliance, internal audits, financial reporting, and maintaining records for outsourced payments and audits.
Main Responsibilities:
· Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with laws and prompt payment to employees.
· Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll deduction statements with the general ledger.
· Declare and pay income tax and pension deductions as per regulations promptly.
· Reconcile monthly payroll data with personnel records.
· Accrue payroll-related payments as needed.
· Ensure payroll processes meet internal audit and JSOX standards.
· Provide accurate financial data to various teams for strategic planning and reporting.
· Confirm calculations and timely payments for outsourced human capital.
· Keep payroll and payment records accessible for audits.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., NAV)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is particularly valuable)
