Naflet hotel is a top notch world class hotel located in Adama. Naflet Hotel has opened its door and has been serving its guests since October 2022. To attain its objective, the management of the hotel is looking for talented and passionate hotel professionals for the following vacant positions. We are committed to training and developing our employees so that they can be able to utilize their abilities and skills in order to perform their assigned tasks at top level and they are able to gain needed knowledge and skills for themselves as well. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Get organized and know the beverage menu and availability.

• Ensure whether the bar and glassware are clean on consistent basis.

• Ensure whether the bar is well stocked by maintaining the liquor, garnishes and glasses at the bar.

• Professionally create unique flavor cocktail products and use up selling tactics to sell them

• Ensure that all bartenders are properly welcome and greet guests

• Professionally serve high class beverages and cocktails to VIP customers

• Pour drinks quickly and as per the customer’s specifications.

• Resolve guest problems based on problem resolution steps.

• Report any discrepancies and non-functioning equipment in the work area to the immediate superior/Food and Beverage Manager or other management staff on timely basis.

Required qualification

• Certificate or above in mixology, Hotel operation, culinary, or related fields

Experience

• More than 3 years experience in similar position in three- or above -star level hotel.

Human relations skill

• Good human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.

Language proficiency

• Good command of spoken and written English is required.

• Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.

Computer skills

• Command of computer applications & working knowledge of PEDS or related software.

Industry knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and business.
