Job Description
Ø Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Ø Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Ø Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Ø Procurement of assets such as office furniture, guest house furniture and fixtures, and supplies.
Ø Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Ø Maintain the asset register in specified format
Ø Update the register with new assets
Ø Manage assets / materials in stock, issue them as per procedure
Ø Maintain annual inventory of fixed assets
Ø Assist colleagues whenever necessary
· BA degree in Management, Business Administration or other business related disciplines
· At least two -three years and proven experience on similar roles
· Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Excel and outlook;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines.
