We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team. The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for managing our fleet of vehicles, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the efficient operation of our transportation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of fleet management principles, and the ability to effectively communicate with drivers and other team members.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation assets.

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure the fleet is in optimal condition and meets all safety standards.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.

• Monitor charge consumption and implement strategies to improve battery efficiency and reduce costs.

• Manage driver schedules and assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of goods.

• Train and mentor drivers on safe driving practices, company policies, and procedures.

• Track and report on key performance indicators, such as vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and on-time delivery rates.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and operations, to optimize fleet utilization and support business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Work Experience

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
