We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage inventory replenishment.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize logistics operations.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines governing transportation and logistics activities.

• Prepare and maintain reports on logistics performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 2 years of proven experience in fleet management or a related field is a plus.

Skills

• Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing transportation and logistics operations is a plus.
