Job summary

The Bata Franchise Operation Manager leads all aspects of Ethiopian Bata stores, ensuring compliance, staff management, and sales targets. Who has retail management experience, especially footwear, with strong operational knowledge and leadership skills, provide excellent customer service while following budgets and Ethiopian regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the Bata store operations in Ethiopia, ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.

• Managing staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.

• Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.

• Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for new merchandise.

• Maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Preparing and managing budgets.

• Compiling reports on sales, inventory, and other metrics.

• Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.

Job Requirement

• Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear industry.

  • Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 2 years of working experience.
