We are currently looking for a Enviromental Health and Safety Specialist, who can Supports EHS programs, investigates incidents, conducts risk assessments, and proposes safety controls.

Job Purpose:

Under the supervision of the EHS Manager, assists the overall planning, development and implementation of Environment, Health and Safety initiatives, assist in conducting incident investigation and root cause analysis, conduct risk assessment and proposes operational controls.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage EHS Programs: Assist in planning, implementing, and overseeing company-wide EHS initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulations at local operating companies (LOCs).

• Mitigate Risk and Incidents: Conduct risk assessments, propose controls, investigate incidents, and develop corrective action plans.

• Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate inspections, manage permits and documentation, and assist with legal requirements.

• Promote Safety and Environmental Health: Identify hazards, propose solutions, implement waste management programs, and monitor emissions.

• Develop and Improve: Establish EHS standards, create emergency response plans, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Occupational Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, etc.)

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in safety, environment, or health roles.
