Job Description
Merit Engineering PLC is an organization established & committed to the task of designing and developing various types of Waste Water treatment systems, Water Treatment Systems, air purification systems, solid waste disposal/incinerator systems, swimming pool systems, central water heating systems, fire protection systems and other relevant electromechanical systems.
Responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment. You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
Diploma & above in Secretarial Science, or in a related field with relevant work experience.
2 years and above in similar role.
Good Computer Skill

Good Office document organization skill
Good Communication skill
