Job Description

  • The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions, and all customer requests at the branch

Job Requirement

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any other related field

Experience: Three (3) years of  Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Duty Station: Adama, Babile, Goba, Gode, Gelemso, Ali,
