Vacancy Announcement:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as a Human Resource Clerk. This is a permanent position open to both internal and external candidates.

Job Specification
A degree or equivalent qualification, with additional education or training in human resources or administration considered a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a human resources or office setting.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software systems.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
