The company has already developed and handed over the fully developed Sheger Apartments, located in the splendid forest hill at Addis Gebeya, Addis Ababa. The Office Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting construction projects by providing technical expertise, administrative support, and coordination between project teams and stakeholders. This individual ensures the smooth flow of information, documentation, and resources to facilitate efficient project execution. With a background in civil engineering or construction management and experience in project coordination, the Office Engineer contributes to the success of construction projects by managing documentation, tracking project progress, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Certification or coursework in document management systems is a plus.

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, office engineering, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a specific position.

·       Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and document control systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex).

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

·       Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and industry standards.
