Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for executing long-term recruitment strategies and provides focus on the company's employee vision through cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, developing a strong network of talent through social networks, community building and on-going relationship management for short- and long-term opportunities for a broad range of positions within an organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, all human resources units, and business leaders to establish an employer brand identity.

  • Manage the company’s profiles on LinkedIn, and other talent-related websites.

  • Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels such as Facebook and Telegram.

  • Work with marketing to develop advertisement materials, such as flyers, digital media, and promotional products.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, colleges, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in Talent Acquisition processes.

  • Perform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of talents.

  • Draft and utilize templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, and rejection emails by liaising with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Officers.

Education

BA in Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, HR Management, Psychology, Marketing or any related fields.
