Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail

  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes

  • Draft and prepare official letters, memos, and other documents.

  • Providing administrative support to the management and other staff

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements

  • Managing and arranging meetings and appointments

  • Manage office front desk

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Coordinate travel arrangements

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Perform other related clerical and administrative tasks

Competence and Skills:

  • Proficient Computer skills and experience working with online/Web, MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and good typing and editing speed.

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication in English and Amharic

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Secretarial Science/ Office Management, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of Relevant work experience in the same or similar job position is required

  • Preferably worked in Technology Companies
