Job Summary

Senior Share Administration Officer is responsible for participating on activities related to shareholder payments including rising and plough back of shares, proration of dividends, and maintenance of shareholder records for proper accounting.

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or business related discipline.

Experience

• At least five (5) years’ of relevant experience.

•  Excellent knowledge of Accounts Analysis and Reconciliation.

•  Excellent grasp Taxation & relevant legislation.

•  General understanding of banking laws and regulations.
