Job Description
The position holder will be responsible for several key areas but not limited to:
Taking a lead role in managing the recruitment process for open positions, including developing targeted sourcing strategies, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the selection process.
Providing comprehensive employee relations support, including managing employee communications, addressing concerns, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and labor regulations.
Partnering with managers to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives.
A minimum of BSC, BA in HR Management, Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields of study.
5 years of experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and benefit administration etc activities preferably in the banking industry.
