Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Achieving sales targets in the assigned territory by generating profitable sales and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Customer Interaction: Welcoming customers, offering assistance, directing them to products, advising on product information, and helping them make selections.

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintaining positive relationships with clients in the sanitary ware, ceramics, and related product industries.

  • Business Development: Identifying prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, researching sales options, establishing contact with prospects, and recommending solutions.

  • Product Knowledge: Staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.

  • Sales Reporting: Creating or updating customer profile records, preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information, and maintaining quality service standards.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.

  • Market Analysis: Analyzing the territory/market potential, tracking sales reports, and providing management with reports on customer needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products/services.

Continuous Improvement: Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends to continuously improve sales strategies.

  • Territory Management: Effectively managing assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities.
