Job Description

Sales Coordinators develop sales and targeting strategies for a company. They manage sales teams, allocate sales resources based on the plans, prioritise and follow up on critical leads, develop sales pitches and adjust them over time, and maintain a sales platform to track all leads and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Sales Coordinator Tasks:

  • Managing daily operations, designing sales strategies, and generating reports on departmental status.

  • Maintaining sales records, databases, and files, as well as managing departmental budgets.

  • Hiring and training new employees, responding to client concerns, and maintaining customer relations.

  • Collaborating with the production team and clients to ensure products meet client specifications.

  • Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Showroom Sales Coordinator Tasks:

  • Coaching and developing a team of showroom salespeople while managing all aspects of the showroom effectively.

  • Handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and making sales in the showroom.

  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate sales and marketing activities smoothly.

  • Supporting the sales staff to meet sales goals and ensuring positive customer relations.

These tasks involve various responsibilities such as managing sales operations, coordinating with different departments, maintaining customer relationships, handling orders, training staff, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving sales growth in both project-based and showroom settings

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements and work experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or MSC in Marketing, Business Management or related fields

  • 8/6 years of experience in related fields.
