Responsibilities:

• Research legal matters related to manufacturing operations and Analyze laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the company.

• Offer legal guidance to various departments within the organization and address legal queries related to contracts, intellectual property, labor laws, and more.

• Prepare legal opinions based on research, analysis, and Draft memoranda to communicate legal advice effectively.

• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents also Ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risks.

• Assist in resolving legal disputes, including negotiations and settlements, and provide recommendations on legal strategies.

• Ensure that legal provisions in contracts, and agreements are followed and collaborate with relevant teams to enforce legal obligations.

Job requirement

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or LLB preferred

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in a Manufacturing environment
