Job Summary:
The Operations Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across all departments. This role involves optimizing processes, managing staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes.
Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and manage operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure products and services meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Oversee relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Marketing or related field.
3+ years and above years of experience, Preferred on Import/Export Business
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in operations management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
