Job Description

  • Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.

  • Generate and grow revenue streams through effective client management.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's financial needs and demonstrate strong product and service knowledge to match the bank's offerings with the client's needs.

  • Generate new client acquisitions and sell products to new clients.

  • Conduct KYC reviews and risk assessments associated with onboarding new clients. Oversee the credit risk associated with assigned client relationships.

  • Coordinate with Relationship Officers and Branch Managers to prepare appropriate financial structures for managing risks and realizing economic value.

  • Maintain and update accurate client information, take ownership of client service requests, and respond swiftly to client inquiries.

  • Work with other Relationship Officers to enhance the service offered and improve revenue generation.

  • Prepare presentations to senior management to appraise them of new business development plans and strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.

  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

  • Problem-solving attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

  • Teamwork and leadership skills.

Job Requirement

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

Experience: 5+ years of proven work experience.
