Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving All Company Material and properly handling

• Preparing Material in and Out Vouchers

• Registering material in bin card

• Preparing daily material balance

• Registering consumable goods and fixed assets

• Assisting Store head in the day-to-day operations of a store or several stores.

• Assisting Store head in Organizing, distributing in store operation works.

• Resolves problems at central store by making discussion with store head.

• Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.

• Receive and store documents and confidential files; maintain record of approved documents and confidential files.

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders; process and distribute documentation with purchase orders

• Check the bin card balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.

• Assisting with input into the stores computer and occasionally placing purchase orders on the instruction of the Procurement Officer or in his absence.

• Maintaining the outside area of the stores and yard in a safe clean and tidy condition.

• Prepared daily material balance report to department manager

Job Requirements:

• BA /Diploma in Logistic & supply Chain Management or related fields

Experience:

• 2-4 Years related work experience.
