Summary of job Roles
Meet with clients for concept development.
Site analysis that considers the broad economic, social, ecological, and aesthetic considerations of a place/space.
Develop hardscape and softscape landscape construction drawings and softscape bills of quantity (plant list and quantity).
Day-to-day garden design works, plant selection, materials selection, site designs, plantation design.
Be part of and/or lead in design concept development and any meetings related to design and landscape construction works.
Provide high-level design drawings, details, 3D renderings, and documents.
Visit on-site projects for supervision and oversight.
Job Requirement
Experience/education requirements
Minimum 3 years of architectural and landscape work experience with a BSc/MSc in Architecture and/or Landscape design
A Master’s Degree in Landscape Design is preferred
High proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMax, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical knowledge of landscape architecture, flowers, trees, general plant types, and site development elements.
