Main Responsibilities

Promote and protect patients' health. work with a variety of patients and provide direct nursing care along with physical or physiological support when required. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Identify Patient care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them.

• Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support.

• Provide first aid support for an injured or sick employee. 

• Resolve or report on patient's needs or problems.

• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks to monitor pulse, blood pressure, and temperature. provide drugs and injections etc

•  Monitor and record patients' condition, injuries & illness and document provided care services.

• Treat medical emergencies.

• Provide high-quality patient care.

• Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.

• Working closely with the safety team, proactively prepare safety precautions and Materials as required.

• Develop programs to maintain the health and safety of the plant team.

• Identify work-related risks.

• Follow care regulations and standards.

• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Performing other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Job Requirement

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

• BSc Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

• Proven Nursing experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

• Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

• Compassionate with good communication skills.

• Excellent teamwork skills.
