We are currently seeking a School Principal to fulfill the requirements specified by our client school, which caters to students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum aligned with state standards and educational best practices.

• Foster a culture of academic excellence and innovation, promoting a supportive learning environment for students and staff alike.

• Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and student performance to drive continuous improvement.

Administrative Management:

• Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and educational standards.

• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and professional development of faculty and staff members.

Student Support and Development:

• Promote a positive school culture that prioritizes student well-being, safety, and inclusivity.

• Implement programs and initiatives to support student success, social-emotional development, and college/career readiness.

• Address disciplinary issues and collaborate with parents/guardians to resolve conflicts and support student growth.

Community Engagement:

• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the school's impact and reputation.

• Represent the school at public events, meetings, and conferences to advocate for its mission and values.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in educational leadership roles, preferably as a school principal or assistant principal.

• Demonstrated track record of successful school leadership, including academic achievement, staff management, and community engagement.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
